Start with one project
One useful first project.
No ongoing obligation.
You can buy any published service directly. A paid pilot is an optional way to test the working relationship with one defined deliverable.
A deliverable you can use
Examples include a landing page from supplied design, a campaign creative kit or a supported FAQ assistant. These are possible pilot scopes, not a promise that every example costs $500. We confirm the deliverable and fixed fee for your brief.
What is included
Brief review, an agreed output, coordination, QA, the stated review round(s) and source files/handover. Our estimate includes the ordinary work required to deliver that outcome.
How much you pay
Projects of $500 or less are paid upfront. Larger standard projects: 50% to schedule, 50% after acceptance and before launch or handover. No automatic subscription.
No forced next purchase
There is no automatic retainer, care plan or dedicated reservation after the pilot. Choose whether to continue. Small later tasks can use existing hours or a scoped quote without another pilot minimum.
A fixed fee buys the agreed output. New requests need an approved scope/price; correcting our errors does not incur another charge. Relevant work samples or role profiles can be reviewed before choosing a pilot.

Your first project.
Your questions answered.
The pilot tests our working relationship through real work. You approve the scope and commercial terms before making a payment.
What should I send?
Email the requirement, platform, available designs/content, intended use and deadline. We review fit without charge and confirm missing inputs. A call is optional. Start and delivery dates are agreed after checking capacity and your inputs; there is no universal turnaround promise.
Who manages it, and who sees it?
One account manager coordinates delivery and weekly updates. NDA available before confidential access. Your agency controls client contact. Confidentiality, non-solicitation, ownership and handover are recorded in the agreement.
What will I receive?
Your proposal names the output, source files, access handover and acceptance criteria. Ownership and third-party rights are recorded before starting. A production pilot delivers the agreed usable work; a feasibility prototype is not automatically production-ready.
Are revisions and support included?
Your quote states review rounds. Corrections to missed scope are free and do not consume those rounds. New requirements need a written estimate and approval. Builds and AI implementations include 14 days for post-launch defect reporting; reported defects remain open until resolved.
What if I cancel or delivery fails?
Voluntary cancellation is reconciled against completed work and approved non-recoverable costs. Any unearned balance is returned under the proposal. For unresolved nondelivery, the proposal records the correction process, undelivered values and refund timing. There is no blanket satisfaction or business-results guarantee.
Will there be extra costs or a next payment?
Required hosting, licenses, advertising or software/API costs are disclosed before payment. No mandatory support plan or automatic renewal follows. You may stop after handover, buy another project or choose an ongoing plan. Work already delivered is not charged again.
All prices are USD. Applicable taxes and required external purchases are identified in the quote. Read the scope and working-terms guide for the full payment, cancellation and handover arrangements.

When the question is technical,
test the uncertainty.
A feasibility study is different from a first production project. Use it when the data, integration or approach needs investigation before a reliable implementation quote.
| Offer | Price USD | Included starting scope |
|---|---|---|
| Technical feasibility study | $500 | One feasibility question; up to 20 hours and a written finding or prototype. |
Agree the question
Define one feasibility question, inputs, systems, access, test criteria and a deadline. The $500 study covers up to 20 agreed hours and the defined finding/prototype, not an open bank of future hours.
Know the possible result
Receive the tested finding, evidence and recommendation. A finding that the approach is unsuitable can be valid delivery. Production launch is included only if it is expressly part of the signed scope.
Use the work again
If we continue into production, the new quote covers the remaining implementation work and identifies reused study/prototype work. We do not charge a second time for completed reusable work; this is not an automatic full study-fee credit.
Protection and payment
The study is paid upfront. NDA available before confidential access. Agree approved test data, ownership and permitted use of any prototype. No subscription follows.
Routine delivery tools and account coordination are included in our fee. Your agency pays its own ad spend, hosting, domains and selected third-party subscriptions. We name required purchases, renewals and usage charges before payment. You can email a brief to sales@pixelcrayons.com or book a consultation; neither commits you to a paid project.
