The agreed specialist, account coordination, ordinary role tools, meetings/reporting and defined quality oversight. No separate recruitment or account-management fee. Client-owned platforms and approved purchases remain separate.

Review a role profile, relevant work and an introductory conversation without a paid assessment requirement. An optional paid work sample starts at $500. We confirm role, experience, overlap and availability before reservation.
Each row is one separate role. 160 hours is the reserved work/meeting/reporting allocation, not 160 hours of coding plus unlimited meetings. A part-time reservation receives its own quote; it is not automatically half the fee.

You receive the role scope, named cover, quality responsibilities and exact billing dates before making a staffing commitment.
First month
Paid in advance, with no automatic renewal. No cancellation notice is needed to stop after that first month. Agree any ongoing reservation explicitly before the first month ends.
If you continue
Ongoing staffing uses 30 calendar days’ written notice to end or reduce capacity. Example: notice on 10 June ends the reservation on 10 July. A partial final billing period is prorated by calendar days; dates are recorded in the proposal.
Unused time and absences
Available time you choose not to use does not roll over. The 160-hour allocation includes agreed cover for planned absence; hours we cannot supply are replaced with your agreement or credited/refunded.
Working rhythm
Your agency sets priorities. Agree overlap hours, weekly updates, escalation, review standards and a named quality owner. Extra roles or materially different skills require an approved scope change.
Quality and corrections
Work is reviewed against agreed acceptance criteria. Correcting our errors does not add a fee or reduce the remaining paid delivery allocation. A new requirement is estimated separately.
Ownership and exit
NDA, client non-solicitation, secure access and source-file handover are recorded in the agreement. Your agency controls end-client involvement. We plan backlog and access handover before the reservation ends.
No immediate staffing or specific seniority is implied by a starting price. We confirm the person, responsibilities, cover and schedule before accepting the reservation.
