A straightforward first engagement
Send your brief, design link or backlog and target date. We review fit and available inputs. No paid discovery is required for a straightforward scope.
Confirm deliverables, dates, required purchases and payment milestones. Projects up to $500 are upfront; larger standard projects are 50% to start and 50% after acceptance, before launch.
Your account manager coordinates delivery and weekly updates. Approve work before it reaches your client. A project does not automatically become a subscription.

The partnership in 6 slides
Six slides covering delivery, client protection, responsibilities and your first project.
How the partnership works, what you pay for and what happens if your needs change.
Yes. Your agency owns the client relationship, sets the client price and approves work before presenting it under your brand. Direct client contact or publication requires your permission. An NDA is available before you share confidential information or access. Confidentiality, non-solicitation and ownership terms are recorded in the agreement. Any unavoidable third-party branding is disclosed before payment.
One account manager coordinates the specialists, priorities and weekly progress updates. Your agency provides the brief and approvals. We agree communication hours, an escalation contact and the delivery schedule before starting. Our delivery team is based in India.
Yes. Choose a listed service or send a brief for a defined pilot from USD 500. The pilot has agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria, with no automatic renewal.
The pilot minimum does not apply to every service: you can start a monthly service at its listed price. Standard onboarding is included, and standard monthly services have no multi-month minimum. Dedicated capacity has separate first-month and continuation terms.
The published scope includes standard setup, coordination, quality checks and the stated reviews. A standard form or supported native CRM connection is included in a website build. Work already included is not sold again as an add-on.
Your quote identifies applicable taxes and required external costs, such as advertising spend, hosting, domains, selected licenses or AI software and usage. New scope needs your approval and a written price before we proceed.
Yes. You can combine fixed service packages, or use shared hours for a changing mix of agreed work. We reuse suitable existing setup and do not also deduct shared hours for a deliverable already covered by a package. Within an hour plan, recurring commitments are allocated first; new priorities are estimated against the remaining balance. Changes to a fixed deliverable or monthly output scope are agreed separately.
Ask for relevant work samples we have permission to share, or a role profile. A specialist introduction does not require a paid assessment. For dedicated capacity, you review the profile and meet the proposed specialist before payment. If you want to evaluate delivery through new work, we can agree a paid pilot from USD 500.
Your proposal states the deliverables, review rounds, acceptance criteria and required inputs. We submit work for your review and include corrections where our delivery misses the agreed scope. A new direction or additional functionality receives a separate estimate. Source files, access, third-party rights and handover conditions are agreed upfront; final payment follows the agreed milestones.
Shared hours and eligible website-change hours can carry up to 50% into the next active month, used oldest first. On downgrade, the cap uses the smaller plan. Service retainers cover agreed outputs, so they do not create an unused-hour bank.
Dedicated hours your agency chooses not to use do not roll over. Time we cannot supply is handled separately through agreed replacement time, credit or refund.
We correct work that misses the agreed scope at no extra charge. If delivery remains unresolved, refunds follow the undelivered values and terms recorded before payment.
Monthly services can be cancelled before the next billing date. A dedicated first month stands alone; agreed continuation uses 30 days’ written notice and prorated final billing. Project cancellation, handover and any remaining payment follow the agreed milestones. Read the working terms for the full arrangements.
